Sanibel Analytics provides market and property analysis. This website presents sample research, accepts inquiries and sells individual consumer reports for $19.99 USD each.
Evidence and judgment
Reports analyze available MLS evidence and distinguish supported findings from unresolved characteristics. Property Intelligence is not an appraisal and does not replace professional judgment. Condition, renovation quality, views, location influences, usable lot characteristics and other material factors require further review where the available data cannot establish them. A price indication is not a guarantee of a sale or a selling price.
Sample reports and permitted use
Samples illustrate the analysis as of their stated dates and within their stated scope. They are not live market updates or a property-specific recommendation to the reader. You may view or download the samples for personal reference and share links to this website. Contact Sanibel before republishing, altering or rebranding report material. Source attribution and limitations should remain with the report.
Individual report purchases
Each purchase is a one-time payment of $19.99 USD for one Market Intelligence or Property Intelligence report. No subscription or customer account is required. Provide the market or property details requested at checkout. After payment is confirmed, Sanibel reviews the request and emails the completed report within one business day. If clarification is needed, Sanibel will contact you. If we cannot provide the requested report, we will contact you and refund your payment. Inquiries
An inquiry is a request for information. It does not create an order, a subscription, an appraisal engagement or an agreement for real-estate representation. Payment card details are collected by Stripe on its hosted checkout page, not by the Sanibel order form.
Privacy
The inquiry and order forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected report or topic, market or property details, and message. Order records also include payment status, the Stripe checkout reference and fulfillment details. These records are retained for fulfillment and necessary business records. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. These details are used to respond to inquiries, process orders and deliver reports. Please submit only information you are authorized to share and avoid sensitive personal or financial information.
Inquiries are stored in the website’s restricted administration area and delivered by email through our hosting and email service providers, including Brevo and the existing Sanibel email-forwarding service. Order notifications use the same email services. Website inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Related email correspondence may be retained while handling your inquiry and for necessary business records. Contact Sanibel to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
The website and its service providers may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The inquiry form uses temporary abuse-prevention records. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing emails. WordPress may use cookies for signed-in administration; embedded walkthroughs are hosted video files and play when you choose.
